Gloria Hawk
Executive Director, Adoption Specialist
Gloria founded AAG in the year 2000 after having worked in the adoption field since 1993.
She and her husband, Ted, adopted their daughter, Amanda, as a newborn, in 1995 and
then went on to adopt Laura from Bulgaria in 1996. Having experienced both
international and domestic adoption, Gloria's knowledge is beyond reproach. Gloria has
a sincere compassion for her families and feels that each has a special place in her heart.
Executive Director, Adoption Specialist

Colleen Loney
Adoption Specialist
Colleen joined our team after she and her husband, Tom, adopted their daughter Abbey
in 2002. Colleen went through infertility after having her biological son, Ryan, who was
seven years old when she and Tom adopted. Colleen will more than likely be the first
contact you have when calling our office. Colleen handles all of the out of state
consultations via telephone. Her compassion, sincerity and knowledge are a valuable
asset to us and our clients. We are fortunate to have her working with us.
Adoption Specialist

Kristi Asuncion
Adoption Specialist
Kristi joined AAG in 2009. She adopted her son Jon through one of our sources 5 1/2
years ago. Kristi is very knowledgeable in adoption and is able to assist our clients with
their paperwork, profiles and coaching when talking with birthmothers. Kristi is a
natural at putting our clients at ease and walking them through the process.
Jennifer May
Adoption Coordinator
Jennifer joined our team in 2000. She is experiencing the joy of her two nieces who
were adopted and has a sincere compassion for families who are adopting. She has
helped us organize our operation electronically by building our databases and setting
up a comprehensive evaluation system for each of our clients to help better serve you.
Jennifer comes from the health care field with a true desire to be of assistance to you.

Tara Grizzle
Tara joined our team in July 2009. She and her husband adopted their 2 sons through
our sources. Tara and her husband chose adoption to build their family after numerous
failed attempts with infertility treatments. Tara is compassionate, sincere, and very
knowledgeable of the adoption process and looks forward to making this process at easy
as possible for our clients.
