Our Fees and Services
Effective through 12/31/10

We will assist you throughout the adoption process, from your first thoughts of
considering adoption to successful placement of a child in your home.

We will provide education, referrals, advocacy, assessment & support services for agency & independent adoption
routes.

Fees are payable as follows:
$250.00 due in advance of first consultation with application
$1,100 due at first consultation
$1,100 due at second consultation

Additional charges will be limited to overnight packages mailed on your behalf to specific agencies or attorneys who
may have a birth mother or child, which interests you.

*For returning families who are adopting their second child, the fee will be payable as follows:

$250.00 due in advance of consultation with application
$1000 due at consultation

All fees are for services rendered and are non-refundable
                    **OUT OF STATE FAMILIES - Fees are due one week in advance of each consultation**
           This will allow us time to mail your appointment book to you.
These fees are effective for a period of 12 months from the date of your first consultation.
Continuing services beyond the first 12 months will be provided
with a reactivation fee of $900.

We provide education regarding procedures, laws, homestudy, networking strategies, levels of openness.
Assessment of each individual family with personalized plan geared toward your preferences. We will refer you to
sources where average placement time is 2 - 12 months.    We will provide assistance in evaluating each situation
referred to you.   We will advise you of birthmother situations and/or children that are in need of couples to adopt as
they are referred to our office and as they fit your requests.
We also will help with Dear Birthmother letter (lifestyle presentation) preparation, critique and assistance.
We will assess risks involved in different situations.
We give continued advice and guidance throughout your process.

We agree with this fee schedule and understand that fees are paid for services rendered and are
non-refundable if we (I) decide not to adopt or become pregnant. (Please print this fee schedule, sign,
date and mail into our office.)

After completing our application please send an email to: AAGGloria@aol.com. You will receive a response
stating where to mail the application, with a photo of your family, and a non-refundable application fee of
$250 made payable to: Gloria Hawk, Adoption Specialist
